ABOUT CHI

Creative Health Initiatives is a not for profit organisation that aims to improve health outcomes and nurture skills and talent in Halton.

We began in January 2018 working from Priory View Community House on Windmill Hill and moved to our new premises on Phoenix Park in October 2019.

The CHI Community Café offers a range of home-made food, coffees and other hot drinks, snacks and ice cream. We also have the only fully accessible changing room and toilet in Runcorn with an automated bed and hoist.

Our community room is dog-friendly and we welcome dog owners (see our Gallery page for photos of our furry friends).

The large community room is also a base for a range of activities and is also available to hire for celebrations, meetings, training and other activities. Please speak to a member of staff more details.

CHI is committed to working in partnership with other local community organisations and we play an active role within Halton and Liverpool City Region to improve our local economy and celebrate our borough’s unique heritage and talent.

We are a small team and have a great team of local residents who volunteer for us.  If you would like to play a part in our team please call in or contact us as below :
